The 2nd Caspian International Aqua Technologies Exhibition and Conference (CATEC) will take place from the 10th to the 12th of April 2014 at the Baku Expo Centre. The exhibition is the only specialised event in the Caspian region dedicated to achievements in the field of aqua technologies. The exhibition will be organised with the support of Azersu OJSC, the national water provider. Iteca Caspian will be the organisers of the exhibition.Major projects related to water supply and the creation of water purification laboratories are being actively planned and implemented in the country, which makes the exhibition extremely relevant. The modern achievements and new ideas which are demonstrated at the exhibition are then introduced to the industry to facilitate its modernisation.This year, CATEC will offer visitors the opportunity to review water supply systems, waste water and rain water purification systems, microtunneling, measurement and management technologies for water analysis, pumps, pipes, pumping systems, hydrants, construction machinery and equipment, geothermal technologies and other examples of the latest water supply and sewage system technologies.Leading technological companies, suppliers, ecologists and construction companies are expected to exhibit at CATEC 2014, originating in countries such as Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Denmark, Israel, Italy, Canada, Lithuania, Russia, USA, Turkey and Switzerland.
