AQUATHERM Baku 2013, the 5th International Exhibition for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Water Supply, Sanitary, Environmental Technology and Swimming Pools, will open on 23 October with in the Caspian Construction Week. Over the past five years, AQUATHERM Baku has cemented its position as the leading professional event in HVAC, swimming pool, sauna and spa equipment not just in Azerbaijan but also in the whole Caspian Region. Located in the second and fourth halls of the Baku Expo Center, AQUATHERM Baku will bring together over 70 companies from Azerbaijan, Iran, Spain, Italy, Russia, the Czech Republic and France among others. A large proportion of exhibitors are from Turkey including Turkey’s Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Manufacturers’ Association (ISKID). This year the number of new exhibitors has grown and represent around 50% of the total exhibiting companies.42% of the exhibition space will be taken up by local companies, among them Metak, Yusiko, NJT, Euroclima, Nenzi-M, STP, Bestteknik, AVM, Hydrotech, AzFilter, Gens Elektrik and Warm. Encouragingly, well-known distributors of boiler and ventilation systems have set up their own production facilities in Azerbaijan and are now exhibiting as producers. Growth in exhibition space this year has totalled 10%.AQUATHERM Baku presents a wide variety of climate control equipment, ventilation and heating systems, insulation materials, water supply systems, air circulation equipment and much more. As is tradition at the exhibition, products and services new to the Azerbaijani and regional market will again be presented at AQUATHERM Baku 2013. This year’s innovations include new types of solar-powered water filters, bio-pipes (next-generation reinforced plastic pipes), self-cleaning glass, humidity sensitive ventilation systems, and much more.
