The 30th edition of Baku Energy Week, one of the region’s most important energy events, will be held on June 2–4, 2025.
As part of Baku Energy Week, the Baku Energy Forum will take place on June 3–4 at Baku Convention Center. The Forum brings together key players in the energy sector, industry leaders, leading international experts, investors, and business representatives each year, providing a platform for dialogue in the field of energy.
The Forum offers a unique opportunity to explore forward-looking ideas that shape the future. As part of the 30th Anniversary Baku Energy Forum, world-renowned global business guru, speaker, Swedish economist, futurist, and bestselling author Kjell A. Nordström will deliver a special keynote address on June 4 at the Baku Convention Center.
Regarded as one of the most brilliant thinkers of our time, Nordström will visit Azerbaijan for the first time to share his insights on the future of the global economy, the transformation of energy markets, and game-changing innovations. Known for his exceptional ability to forecast the future, Nordström is among the most sought-after speakers worldwide. As an expert in multinational organisations, he has helped companies—and even entire societies—navigate development and crises since the 1990s.
His professionalism, sharp eye for detail, and extensive experience make his presentations powerful and compelling, leaving no one in the audience indifferent. Nordström’s session at the Baku Energy Forum will be a dynamic discussion on the economy of tomorrow, new approaches, and global trends in the energy sector. More than just a speech, this encounter promises to inspire action and spark new ideas, starting from today.
The Baku Energy Week is supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) acts as the main partner.
The organiser of the event is “Iteca Caspian", and their international partners "ICA Events", “CEM FZ LLC”. Baku Energy Week is also actively supported by the “Azerbaijan Exhibition Organisers Association” (ASTA).
